About The Piano Study

My Philosophy

The piano remains popular across many cultures and backgrounds.

Whether you are interested in classical repertoire, or in being able to play the pop songs on the radio, it is important to be receive training while playing an instrument.

From formal lessons to regular blog posts, I will help each student and reader develop the skills necessary to learn from music for the rest of their life.

Teacher

Ciera

I've been playing piano since I was a young child, and have found great depth in life as a result. Not only has the piano enriched my emotional life, but it has provided access to a dimension of my self that was not accessible prior.

From piano, I have been led to the cello, group music ensembles, the organ, and, more recently, arranging and composing.

As such, I want to help others in their study of piano. Teaching is such a thrill, especially as you can see the progress and gradual improvements made by students.
